The mural in a Tudor house (1571) . I incorporated some of the uneven surfaces and beams into the design.
The brief was to reflect an Italianate mural and have elements of Chinese wallpaper with it. Above all it had to fit an English bathroom, withstanding those conditions.
Painted directly in oilpaint without preliminary drawing it evolved to suit the space and the owner's concept.
